Reported in the news that the teenager (age 16 -23) are engaging in pre-martial sex and having more than a sex partner in the street survey. Teen abortion rate, incidentally, rose at the same period of time.
Even the Minister has given up on stopping the hormones and suggested sex education as preventive measures to avoid teen pregnancy.
To those in power, guess this is just a small price to pay to become a global city and have continuous economic development.
How about the parents? What are their views on this matter?
Guess they are just too busy at work place, focus on getting money to keep the family afloat.
